EFT
Emotional Freedom Technique
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), or "tapping," is a self-help method combining acupressure points on the body with cognitive therapy to relieve stress, anxiety, trauma, and pain by balancing the body's energy system, involving tapping specific meridian points (like those in acupuncture) while focusing on a negative emotion or memory and voicing positive affirmations. It aims to calm the stress response, reframe negative beliefs, and is used alongside other therapies for various emotional and physical issues.

Mindfulness Training
Mindfulness training is a mental practice that teaches you to focus on the present moment with open, non-judgmental awareness, using techniques like meditation, deep breathing, and body scans to observe thoughts, feelings, and sensations. It's about training your attention to stay grounded in "now," rather than getting lost in worries about the past or future, helping you manage stress, improve focus, and respond to challenges more skillfully.
Reiki

Reiki (pronounced "ray-key") is a Japanese energy healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation, promoting overall well-being by balancing the body's "life force energy" ("ki") through gentle hand placements, aiming to clear energy blockages for physical and emotional healing, often used alongside conventional medicine. Practitioners channel universal energy to encourage the body's own healing abilities, leading to feelings of peace and improved health.
